    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • It is responsible for the timely circulation, safe and cost-effective goods and materials across international borders.
    • Carry out a series of activities to facilitate the import, export and transportation of materials, equipment, products, packages and documents in a timely and accurate manner.
    • These activities may include preparation and maintenance of records of shipping, preparing documents shipments, tariffs, price conversions, weights and volumes.
    • Preparing customs declarations and other required documents describing the goods and materials sent and comply with all regulations import / export.
    • Investigate, identify and obtain permits, licenses and certificates required for customs clearance.
    • Communicate with external organizations to verify customs requirements and negotiate shipping costs and times.

     

     

    Qualifications

    Over 80% of the materials are purchased from abroad so we need expertise in managing logistics including ocean freights and custom brokers, it is extremely important that we delivery on time products to customers outside Mexico, all this plus having heavy knowledge of import duties and procedures to fulfill  all the requirements from the tax authority.

     

    • Bachelor degree preferably in International Affairs, Business Administration.
    • Bilingual English / Spanish
    • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Import/Export area, Logistic, Import/Export regulations, custom agencies, Anexo 24 – 31.
