    Responsibilities

    • Supports the recruiting processes and candidate management
    • Compiles weekly reports
    • Coordinates new hire processes including pre-employment screening, offer letters, orientation schedules and completing system hires
    • Proactively identifies issues/concerns that arise in the hire process and work for timely resolution
    • Provides a positive candidate experience through continuous communication in regards to their status in the hire process
    • Works actively on projects to improve the hiring processes 
    • Responds to inquiries from candidates, employees, and managers
    • Other job related tasks as assigned

    Qualifications

    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Exceptional ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously and attention to detail
    • Previous experience with Recruitment specially hireng Hourly employees.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with candidates and internal clients
    • Communicates in a courteous and professional manner
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

     

    • Bachelor's Degree required.
    • Desireble biligual (English / Espanish)
